We hope you love your Artwork as much as we loved designing it. If you're not 100% happy with your order or if your item arrived damaged in transit please email us at hello@hoxtonarthouse.com with a photo of the damaged artwork and we will organise for a replacement to be sent.
If you change your mind you can return your item for a refund. Please contact us at hello@hoxtonarthouse.com within 24 hours of receiving your item with your order number and reason. Please note that any custom or personalised products are non-refundable.
For all returns items must be in their original condition and packaging. We do not offer a free return service and we recommend that you send the item back to us on a tracked service. The item is your responsibility until Hoxton Art House signs for the returned piece. If we organise a courier to collect your artwork the courier price will be deducted from the refund.
Once we have received the item(s) back a refund will be issued within 7 working days. Please note items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned.
